Country
Lithuania is a Baltic country that has a shared history with Eastern Europe, in many respects, and is one of the young independent states that joined the EU. The country declared independence in 1990 and has sustained a relatively good economic level, despite the economic downtown. The positive business environment of this state has been created by offering generous terms for international companies. Lithuania regularly invests into their educational sector to meet the demand of the employment market.
Education
One of the most attractive features of Lithuanian education is affordability. While the tuition fees for international students in other countries are 8-10 000 EUR per year for Bachelors or Masters programmes it’s only 4 000 EUR per year in Lithuania. This allows international students to receive a good European education at a reasonable price. The contemporary approach that Lithuania developed towards education has become a regular feature and generated positive feedback.
The evidence of such positive thinking is the many exchange programmes between Lithuanian universities and other European schools. Lithuania offers a wide range of educational programmes in English in the popular fields of business, management, economics, finance, marketing, communication and politics.
Lithuania offers education in relatively small universities which were established to serve the needs of specialised industries and business. This provides every student with personalized attention for their subject. Students also benefit from a cosy and comfortable atmosphere in Lithuania.
